Faculty and Staff Orientation
Welcome to the University of Alberta!
There are two main resources for Orientation to the University of Alberta as a new faculty or staff member.
The first is the Faculty and Staff Orientation Event, a one day session held at Lister Conference Centre. The one day event is a dynamic, interactive and informative day that we encourage all staff to attend. It is held 3 times per year, see below for more information.
The second resource is the Faculty and Staff Orientation website. The website is full of resources to help you discover the University of Alberta, connect with your peers and the greater community, and to grow your career. It also has our popular Welcome Guides for both new staff and their managers to ensure a great start to each University of Alberta career. Click here to access the website.
