Communications
- Leads the development, implementation and evaluation of the HRS communication strategy to provide for targeted communication, education and promotion of HRS services
- Provides communication planning counsel and coordination to HRS units
- Manages production of HRS publications (e.g., news collections, feature images, HRS Blog (internal), reports)
- Develops interdepartmental communications for the office of the Associate Vice-Provost
- Plans, develops, monitors, and evaluates the HRS website in collaboration with HRS units
- Provides leadership, support and training on technology to support communication and HRS business goals. (e.g., Site Core, Google, WordPress, Social Media)
- Implements and supports a framework for effective communication and dissemination of information among HRS units
