Workshops and Seminars

Organizational Health and Effectiveness offers a variety of sessions to meet the needs of faculty and staff. In addition to the regular Lunch and Learn series, half-day workshops are offered throughout the year to target the personal development needs of staff members. Topics have included Developing Effective Conflict Resolution Skills, Workplace Bullying and Facing Change When You Don’t Choose It. Other session topics include, but are not limited to, Stress and Resilience, Respect in Working Relationships, and Time Management skills.

All sessions are led by subject matter experts. Presenters may be clinicians with your Employee and Family Assistance program provider, Homewood Human Solutions, or work life experts from within the University.

For the most current listing of all HRS workshops and seminars that are available, please view the HR Programs and Workshops page.
