Conflict of Interest

The University’s policy on Conflict of Interest and Commitment and Institutional Conflict applies to all staff. Any University staff member who believes they may have a conflict of interest or conflict of commitment must disclose the conflict to their Reporting Officer.

Academic Staff

Academic Staff are required to annually complete a Conflict of Interest/Commitment disclosure report using the following form:

Support Staff

Support staff with financial duties (e.g. purchasing), hiring, and/or research responsibilities are required to annually complete a Disclosure Report using the following electronic reporting process:
